while i don't get out very often with the camera i've decided to try really hard with this paw. last weekend i went to the brisbane international car show at the convention centre. they had some decent production cars and some good prestige cars. this is one of them. it's a canary yellow lambourgini. it was pretty sweet. i liked the lines through the front of the car. so i decided to shoot them... no models draped over the cars though made for a pretty boring event :(
It's been a busy week and it's about to get busier. This week's shot comes from a Korean restaurant in Brisbane, Seoul BBQ. I grabbed all the side dishes and arranged them to make a shot tht I had seen quite a lot of before. So this would be my version of a table setting...
this is more about a lesson in patience and a willingness to go back and shoot something again. having gone here last week and not gotten results i thought were satisfactory, i travelled all the way back into brisbane and played with the settings to get what i thought were better shots. this happens to be one of them.
this is the gallery of modern art in brisbane. to the right is the new state library. directly underneath where i was standing is the state art gallery and behind me, the museum. this part of brisbane is very popular. i definitey have to go there more often. there's always something to see and do there.
This is Greeny. He lives at my house and I have been following him around like amphibian paparazzi for a while now. I happened to get this one of him. I think he's used to the flashing... he's turning into such a diva.
